Host, Rachel Grant, creates a safe, supportive, warm and inviting atmosphere in which you can connect with your inner self and express yourself creatively.

Our very popular Mandala Meditation Workshop is held monthly. Meditation and creative craft workshops such as dreamcatchers, string art, origami and the like are also offered throughout the year.  To stay in touch will all our events, please like and follow our instagram or facebook page @neptuneandthemoon. All the workshops are suitable for beginners, and no artistic skill is required.  Feel free to check out these fabulous creations of students who were convinced that they could not draw! Mindful art is about the inner journey that you undertake during the meditation with activities that help calm the mind as you focus on the present moment. The workshops teach you all the simple skills you need to create a truly magical piece of art that will astound you!

The afternoon includes delicious vegan refreshments and you are provided with all the tools and materials needed to create your art work.  You’ll also be given a handbook and stationery to take home so you can confidently continue with your mindful art beyond the workshop.

Rachel can also come to your workplace, community group or friendship circle to facilitate a meditation or mindful art workshop as a once-off, or on a regular basis.  These workshops are great to bring mindfulness into the workplace and are also a lot of fun for your special event such as a Christmas party, birthday party, women’s circle or girls’ night out.

We also offer a collective mandala workshop for your workplace, community group or friendship circle where everyone contributes to the one mandala which can then be displayed and appreciated by everyone at your office.
