Rachel was a chartered accountant for 25 years and now uses those skills to take care of the business and administration of Your Calmer.
Rachel is also a certified yoga teacher with a strong focus on mindfulness, meditation and mandala art. Rachel facilitates mindful art, yoga and meditation workshops and offers one to one mandala, meditation or yoga sessions for clients seeking a personalised service that works for them. Workshops are offered in-house at Your Calmer, or Rachel can bring the workshop to your workplace or community group.
Personalised mandalas can also be commissioned for yourself or as a gift. An individualised mandala is created by Rachel after meeting with you and it is rich with personal symbolism.
Rachel is compassionate, creative, playful and down to earth and she is passionate about yoga, meditation and mindful activities being accessible to all. Rachel’s sessions provide you with an experience that gives you a sustained feeling of renewed energy, self-belief and a sense of calm.
