Yoga is a multifaceted living body of knowledge that includes meditation and has the power to transform you. This beautiful, ancient practice offers extraordinary benefits to your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and Rachel is enthusiastic about making it accessible to all.
Yoga and meditation improve and develop strength, flexibility and balance of the body and the mind. These practices build physical and mental health, improve your concentration and focus, improve your sleep patterns and can assist with trauma recovery.
Mindful art activities such as mandalas and doodling are active meditations. These activities provide you with a therapeutic creative space in which you can express yourself in a non-judgemental meditative state.
Your Calmer offers several ways for you to experience yoga, meditation and art with us:
- we hold regular workshops in our beautiful and tranquil training space. Check out our workshops page to learn more.
- one-off or regular workplace yoga, meditation or art workshops at your office, or at ours. This is also available to community and friendship groups.
- private sessions in yoga, meditation or art which focus on your specific needs.
